They would not tell me the company name, but said someone/employer filed a lawsuit a***nst me and to get a lawyer. They did not give me a name, but are very aggressive over the phone. In the past for me, the IRS, Courts, Lawyers never called me. I always received a letter in the mail by certified mail.

Don't answer. It's a scam. I've already reported them to FBI & FTC.

They use this local number but its a co from NC and they are trying to get you to pay a bogus debt
