Said they were filing suit, I could stop it with $$. I laughed and told them we went through this 3 weeks agol and I know this is a scam. Nasty, ghetto sounding girl cussed at me and ***g up.

they called and said it was IRS and i was being sued and to call a number back. fraud i believe because IRS would call in person.......

I got a call which was a recorded message saying it was the IRS and they were filing a lawsuit and they wanted me to call them.

They have left three messages about being from the irs and that I am being taken to court. When I called back I told them I had found the name given me and the number online as listed as a scam. The man I was talking to said "oh man what the f***" and ***g up on me.
