Spam text to run an errand. This is spam and should be reported as spam.

Wanted me to go to the store. Very important and needed it done today. He was busy in a meeting and this was urgent.

They asked me to run an errand for them

This is a scammer. They posed as my business partner and asked me to go and buy some gift cards to send to a client.
