I got 2 calls from this number. I did not answer the first one, and they left a voicemail about mortgage refinancing. When I answered the second, it just ***g up. I believe this is a scam, and when you answer, they now know that your phone number is valid. They say "Hey, just calling you back..." in order to get around DoNotCall lists, but I did not call or inquiry them, neither did anyone.
Calling people on the do not call list is an awesome way to rack up fines...my mortgage is just fine and I wouldn't go with someone cold calling me with a recording anyway!!!
I didn't recognize the number, so I didn't answer. They called my cell phone, and few people actually have that phone number.

I received an unsolicited call from this number. I answered, said "Hello" twice ... nothing - no dial tone just dead air.
Yet another spam call from this number received on my cell phone (not listed on do not call registry) and the same message was on my land line (which is registered on the do not call registry) about mortgage rates dropping.
