I am a Time Warner internet-only subscriber. I'm receiving calls from this number, but not answering because I it is an unknown number to me. I've received their call on Dec.8, Dec.17, Dec.27, and this afternoon. They NEVER leave a voicemail. As of right now, all future calls from this number will be automatically rejected by my phone.
