Has called my cell number twice a day for last 2 days I do not answer as I do not recognize this number. They leave a message that if I do not return the call I will suffer the legal consequences

I received 15 calls from this number over the past two days. I do not answer and they do not leave a message. How can I get this stopped?

I didn't answer. Over the past 4 days I've received 9 calls from this number. I've filled out surveys before and someone from Ge***free.com has contacted me before when I DID pick up. This number has never left a message. Quite annoying.

I read on another site that whomever is calling from 3107350978 gets your number from filling out an online survey. I did a few online sweepstake entries yes****ay. Today I've received two calls from this number. No voicemails.
