Keeps calling. Asked for my alias so obviously its spam from the internet

This is their website:                                     general remodeling 4u.comName of their alleged company:                     Home Improvement CenterOne of the names of the harassing workers:    TedThe main number:                                          877-360-4818 (Also on the website)  They also have numerous other numbers (look at my previous posts).  At least on my caller i.d, the name HOME IMPROVEMENT always registers.    For everyone who is not aware, Consumers are protected under the TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act).  Please look at these useful links:   http://www.the-dma.org/guidelines/tcpa.shtmlYes you can sue telemarketers!  The company must maintain A DO NOT CALL LIST and place an individual on this list if they wish not to be called.  If they continue calling, you tell them you are exercising your rights under the TCPA and that they must PROVIDE YOU WITH A WRITTEN COPY OF THEIR DO NOT CALL POLICY WITHIN A FEW WEEKS AND THEY MUST PLACE YOU ON THEIR DO NOT CALL LIST.  According to the ****thecalls website, try to be nice to the telemarketer; ask them to repeat their name, number, and ask if they have a website.  Once you have all that info., inform them of your TCPA rights and request that policy (good to follow up in writing via e-mail and regular mail which you can get from the website). Also mark any statements/comments (rudeness, profanity, ****s up).  I hope this empowers people to do so****ing about this.  I had to c****e my number of 20 years and now I have to update with everyone because of this one company.  They deserve to get sued!

Lady called and tried to schedule a remodeling appointment.  I declined and asked her to remove me from her list.  She said, "We'll try **** nugget" ***g up.

They're still calling me since I last posted, or rather harassing.  They don't understand that "NO" means "NO!"  In the past they've asked me if I'm interested in a estimate for home renovation/improvement projects, which means they will have to come to my house.  I've told them over and over on the phone that I'm not interested.  They are a bunch of scammers.  You can type/google any of the numbers listed above and you will see what I'm talking about.     I called them a***n today, and guess what??  They c****ed their message from the one I posted Feb. 22. (Look at the above thread)  They don't want people to be on to them.  Their new message is: "We are sorry for any inconvenience.  If you wish to be removed from our database.  Please leave us our phone number. Thank you and have a great day."  The woman has a Armenian or Middle Eastern accent.  When her recording is done, you're promted to leave a message.

other numbers belonging to them are: 818-509-8732818-277-5847. I'll be adding to this.  They go by Home Improvement, Planet Remodeling, Champion Home Services, Home Builders, General Remodeling Corp., etc, etc, etc...

I'm beginning to think they get a kick out of calling people even when you tell them to remove you from the call list.  This number has been calling me since Valentine's day.  The message I get when I call back is "Mailbox belonging to Remodeling Center is full and can not accept new messages at this time."  This is a very familiar female's voice.  This same message and woman's voice was also the same recorded message for 310-745-7914.  It's from the same scammers, but now they erased that woman's recording on the 310-745 number.  310-871-5381 and 310-745-7914 belong to the same scammers as do the following numbers:562-259-7033818-370-0578877-360-4818

you can go to the police for this.  take pix of caller id everytime they call.  now it's harassment.

These annnoying w**kers pollute my message ma****e much too often with their idiotic calls that don't pertain to my interests.  A**holes.F

They call about 15 times a day.  They **** up before my answering ma****e goes on.  So annoying.
