This fool (Don Smith or so****ing smith with a DEEP indian accent) called me and said legal action was being taken a***nst me and I would have the Sherriff come to my job and give me a summons for court!!!  I asked who do you represent? he says an online loan/credit company......   i DID NOT givr him any additional info I literally said you *******, if you are going to send a summons, you don't call someone over the phone to let them know they will be there tomorrow!?!!I said send me so****ing in writting and ***g up on his punk****!   Haven't heard back from him, but they do have diffrent co. names and numbers.....geez!

Please do not let these people get to you.  They can't hurt you.  There are so many of these scam phone numbers around and they all want the same things - money and/or your personnel information.  I have been working woth local law enforcement and we are sending a cease and desist letter and demanding any do***entation that they have verifying that I owe any money.  You can just **** up them and/or have some fun with them.  Insult them, crank call them even give another phony phone number which i did yes****ay.  I had one of these bozos really going yes****ay.  They can't hurt you at all - what are they going to do - call the cops?  I had the Hayward police Department phone them and they ***g right up.

I have also been receiving phone calls from these guys for at least 6 months and maybe longer.  At first I was a little frightened getting these calls, but now I just ignore any call I get on my cell that I don't recognize.  My boyfriend even answered one time and they threatened to come to his work place and have him arrested!!!!  They don't even know where he works or who he is even!!!!!!!   The calls are just annoying and I try to ignore them but sometimes it gets to be a pain in the a**!!!!  I just got 3 calls in a row and then they left a voice mail which I didn't even listen to it all.  I erased it.

These idiots have been calling stating I owe some payday loan company money. Does anyone know who to to report these fools that can't hardly speak english

These idiots have been harrassing me for months. They have used several different "company" names that don't exist. Apparently they can't even keep track of their own lies. Also, we know you're name is not ***d or David...duh! Ya'll should go out and get yourselves real jobs rather than harrassing hardworking people; and KIDS like the one above! You should be ashamed of yourselves! Keep throwing away your little disposable cell phones and I'll keep blocking all your new numbers. You ****** *****s! By the way, if the state of California were taking legal action a***nst someone in Texas (whom had never set foot in Ca), don't you think they would notify me a little more appropriately than some****hole like yourself calling me? I'm pretty sure there would be paperwork involved. You scammers make me sick. I hope you burn in*****!

I have been getting calls from an Alex Johnson with a East Indian accent now for a week. Do you know this fool threatened me physical harm?! Really?! I have never heard of American Law Division, they have never contacted me by mail NOR do they show on my credit bureau (which by the way was the first place I checked to see if I really owed them anything). If this fool calls me one more time I'm reporting him to my local police department for harassment!
