Used my name and claimed they were the retired CEO of the large tech company I work for and to text them back

Received letter labelled "Notice of Bank Levy". Lists a creditor of with I have no account with.

Got a letter stating they are going to levy my bank acct for non payment of a loan that I have never had Some placed called EZ Money Corp in CA

As the people above, I received a letter stating that there would be a levy a***nst my bank accounts. The second page threatened that if money wasn't paid, they would report me to the credit bureaus.

I recieved a letter from a company that listed themselves as Portfolio Affliated Servies LLC. This phone number is on the letter. I think this is a scam. When you call the number back you only get a voice mail.
