Keep receiving calls from them for a number of weeks now. They always call during business hrs, i.e. - when there is noone home. They leave a message stating that one of us (my spouse to be exact) has to call them back to resolve a debt collecting matter. Called them several times: always busy responce, stating that "all our agents are busy right now, please stay on the line..." If I do stay on the line, w/i several minutes I receive another automated message (read carefully to understand the real wickedness of it): "All our agents are busy****isting other PATIENTS. Please, leave a message and we will... BLAH/BLAH?BLAH>" SO, if this is a debt collector, what "patients" are they talking about? Why is it that ***ody ever responds when we call them back? Why do they call when there is obviously ***ody home (they should figure it out after a few calls)? They say that they are RSI Debt Collectors. I found RSI on-line, checkd their rating on Better Business website: seem like a legitemate agency with a good credit. But, the same issues reported: they keep pestering wrong people or smth w/i those lines. What I found out is the best way to stop them from annoying you: file a complaint with Better Business Bureau and you will get a satisfaction within 2-3 days, with an appology note that "a mistake was made re: your tel. number" and they will never call you a***n. Well, I called them today threatening to report them to the BBB, FBI, Interpol, and what not. And frankly - why not, let the government (that takes my taxes) work a little - investigate these fraudulent scammers. Which brings another issue: unless we - the victims of such scams - unite our forces and force the government to investigate and prosecute, nothing is going to chane. It takes a lot of people to c****e things in this country, so let's get their support: spread the news and s**** fighting for our rights to live a "pest-free" lives in our houses.

Just dead air, for long periods of time. Call back goes to pure static with a discernible carrier tone in the background. No one ever answers, and I get the call just about once every 10 days.
