The caller for the company gave the name of Kevin Thompson and asked that a fax be sent to Mark Brown

this company got me too. My bank statement shows that they operate under the name of American Credit Crunchers and out of California. They used the phone no of 866-307-0592 on my bank statement. And yes they threaten you, making you think that you really do owe the cash advance. The cash advance co name that I was suppose to owe was American Cash Advance. After I got home, I thought about it and realized that this was not the name of the cash advance co and that I did not owe a cash advance. All of mine were paid. They also threaten to take you to court and report you to your employer. They gave me a fax number to fax in information the next day 714-844-9190. I did not do this, but did call them back and tell them that I was not letting them get any more on my money. They owe me $250. they are now using the phone number of 858-926-5290 to contact you. When you call the number they don't even answer as a company just their name.  I checked the better business bureau and they don't have a listing for this co. This is a scam. don't fall for it!!!.

I finally ****ed them off enough so that they slipped up. They called me a pan*****. Which with a little help from Google I was able to zero in on where they are calling from. Yes they are from India!!! Pan***** is a Hindi slang curse which basically means that you have *** with your relatives. With this ammo the US Atty General's office is finally able to s**** the process of going after them. I suggest you have all your friends call the following phone number.863-578-4580.It is an international router based from Bartow Florida. I am really enjoying harrassing them and suggest you do too. But first call the credit companies and let them know that you Social Security Number has been compromised. Then close your bank account because with the information they have they can drain it.

These guys scammed me. I called the state police but they stated they could investigate only if money was taken. I canceled my credit card before they go to it. If they got you report them and make them pay!!!!

The are threatening to come to my job by 11:00 am tommorrow. I have had a pay day loan before but am in good standing. They would not tell me the exact name of the company, the caller Brian Smith said it would be in the supeona. They said "investigators" would bring it to my job. I obviously had a verbal exc****e with no profanity but when I called back he would not speak with me!?! I called Advanced America Cash Advance locally and did not have a record of my name. I guess I will find out tommorow.

The same thing happend to me

I got the same type of call from the same number, they do not speak english well at all and when i asked for the do***ents to be sent to me they came up with all kinds of excuses.

These people won't stop calling me they even call my work leaving messages saying I need to have an attorney because they are filing a lawsuit for 700 dollars. How can I owe 700.00 dollars if my application was denied. So, I do believe these people stolen my info.

I received a call from 312-205-***1 and it is a scam. They told me I owed them money and pay up or I will put in jail. They are usign the company name as Advanced American Cash Advance. BEWARE!!
