We own a retail pharmacy and they keep calling us all day long and asking for Luis Santana who apparently had this same phone number a long time ago.  Most of the calls are just automated calls and when we press 1 to speak to someone - nothing happens.  We are a business that relies heavily on telephone calls from patients and doctors that are in a hurry - I'm not sure who to talk to about this but I really wish I could somehow bill them for the wasted time.

*** i paid this account off 3 months ago in full and ended my account with them not only do they continue to charge me a monthly fee but they call one right after the other sometimes they **** up so fast my caller id cant even catch the number,
