I believe this person some how obtained information from an Army soldier and is using the pictures to speak with women. The pictures he is sending me are of an all American guy who is in the Army however after about a week, he said his phone was broken and then began asking me for money. He called me but he clearly had an accent . The accent sound like he was from Africa snd he insisted I put money into his back account. He also told me that he was over seas in Kabul, Afghanistan on a peace mission. I just asked if this number was indeed a landline in Chicago and he responded by saying he is a military man on a mission and his number was specalized subscriptions from telcoms providers. Claims his name is ***ndon Kenneth from Dallas Tx. Careful Ladies
