Probably someone with your last name has bad credit, and they are trying to collect any way they can. That includes annoying you. Unfortunately I have a last name that they****ociate with other relatives not paying bills. Give me a break and leave me alone. I have no understanding bills and everything is up to date.

Everyday they call and do not leave a message. Today I picked up and said that you call everyday and don't leave a message. Now stop calling me. They called back a***n and I heard so****ing about legal papers and my last name. I told her in no uncertain terms to give me a break. I am squeaky clean and would not be involved in a legal action. I have not had a parking ticket in 30 years and not a traffic infraction in over 30 years. Can anybody tell me what this scam is?

The person from this number began calling approximately two months ago about serving papers...He gave me a number to call and I returned the call but the number did not work...Recently he s****ed calling weekly and has called my husband and dad...I am trying to figure out just what is going on. Today I told him he is harrassing me and just to send the papers...I also was willing to give my address but he ***g up...Is there anything I can do to stop it or just get the papers so I know what it is in reference to...

They rang my phone and left no message. When I called the number back, it did not ring. These people have a new scam for people that have Caller Id.

As anti****ted, ***ody came to my residence to serve me. I read the scammers request money from those they call "in order to stop the lawsuit". No real process server is ever going to warn you about going to your house or job to serve you. "Kurt" never asked my name or address to make sure he was speaking to the person he was supposed to "serve". The whole thing is not only a scam but a real bad one.

A person identified as "Unknown 1-312-436-1468" called me saying: "My name is Kurt, I am a process server advising you that tomorrow you will be served with papers. Is someone over 18 going to be in your house to receive service?" I asked him from what county or court. He responded "I'm from New Jersey from a process server organization". I told him to send the judge and the police to complete the service and that I was aware of their scam and ****ed up. Immediately, he called a***n but I didn't answer.
