Absolutely rude. Yes, that is what agent #1so****ingorothercalledme when I questioned the validity. Called multiple times after and, finally, "Alexander" answered and kept talking over me regardless of what I said. Not one person could answer my questions, not text has been replied to (my texts might not have been completely kind. especially based on the current state of phone/interent fraud). If these people are real, pony-up! Don't be scared!
