call back and it allstate insurance emergency roadside coverage

From the Allstate Web site: "You can request that Allstate and its affiliate companies not share your personal information with our affiliates for marketing products and services by calling 1-800- 856-2518 twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Please keep in mind that it may take up to four weeks to process your request."

I receive a call a day from this number. I dont know who it is and will not answer it.

I live in Indiana and just got the call on my cell phone as well.  Got this call yes****ay as well.  didn't answer, and no message left.

Received a call from 312-572-6981 today.  It rang several times but I did not answer it.  Best I can tell is that it is from Chicago IL.  Anybody know who it is?
