Just got a call saying they were Harris and Harris debt collectors.... I have no debt to be collected.... thinking this is a scam

I have received a phone call and on the caller ID it says “Law Office Ash” and it was an automated message saying they have tried to get ahold us numerous times and have never received a call back. The message left a number saying to return the call to a Mr. Scott at (312) 604-7187. There was no specific message nor did it say what it was about.

A caller said he called me several times and that I didn't call back (this was the first time that I know of). He said that it was very important that I call him back. He said that his name was Mr. Scott. The calling number showed on my caller ID as 312-348-1554. Name shown was ARNOLD S H PC.

I answered the phone with my home-based business name and no one responded. I think this may be a law office attempting to collect fines for the IL Tollway. Another similar number 312-604-7186 has also called identifying themsselves as a law firm wanting to discuss an important matter. I think it's all related to unpaid tolls and fines.

Just got a robomessage telling me to call this number--used my name, but didn't identify who they are. Said to ask for mr stone.

***?  This guy calls every night for like 2 weeks now.  Says Arnold S. Harris on the CID.   Who the***** is this???
