Leave a CommentSPAM - winner in entry last 18 months (haven't entered contest on last 3 years). Callback 855-841-6084.
Said I won $50,000 and wanted all my personal info...scam.
I received exactly the same message as those attributed to Bill. but the phone number I was to call was 1-800-301-3436. I tried several times to call back, only to have the same voice on the recording, and on the operator recording saying leave your name and phone number. I****umed it was a scam but wanted to be able to my state's (Pennsylvania) consumer advocate more info. I intend to copy my email and that of the former page with 312-625-5627 comments to my state senator and the office of the Consum Advocate.
What a CROCK! I got the exact same message (which I saved on my voicemail) yes****ay evening.
I got a call from these people about two weeks ago with a similar conversation as BF and Cris, but also wanted to verify information about income, etc. Problem is, I don't have the income they say they have on record and I never have. I also never would have clamed that I had their recorded recod. Yes****ay(6/22/10), I got another call, this time a woman answered with the same oratory and same desire to verify my annual income and that I was one of the last 12 finalists, but, instead of the drawing being held in August,as the previous caller stated, the drawing would be held at the end of the year and I had a choice of either the 2010 Lincoln Navigator, or, $45,000.00 in cash. This clearly has to be a scam. I only wish someone would do so****ing about it. They're phishig, but it beats me what tey're up to.
I got a call with the same exact message as BF posted.
