Received three phone calls in a fairly short time frame. All three were from the same number, 312-683-9064, all in the same day. First call at 11.49 am,second call at 2:08 pm,and 2:45 pm. Each time the same woman(speaking broken English) called and ask me where she could send me my diabetic testing supplies. However she gave a different first name each time she called. Each time I told her that I do not have diabetes but she kept over talking me. When she called the third time I came unglued on her and she ***g up. The 312 area code comes from downtown Chicago. I ask her the name of her company but she would not tell me. When I called the number back it said "the number you called is not in service".

At first I thought she was from my insurance company who does periodic 'health wellness' calls. But after a few questions I realized that they weren't scheduled to call me for a while yet and they didn't ask me so many questions about myself. They called me and told me they were medically affiliated and made it sound as if they had so****ing to do with my health insurance. She asked me to 'verify' my information and if I answered she would say 'correct'. Most of this was information that could have come from online surveys or other information but then she asked me to verify my insurance company and I said if you're from them you already know. I am doing all of the 'verifying' here, and I need you to verify who you are. She then rattled off some nonsense on me and thanked me and ***g up.... without telling me who she was.

just received a phone call 8-6-2013.. no answer.. just alot of back ground noise

Called me May 31,2013 at 4:07pm CDT. I did not answer and caller left no message. I called them back and got a "fast" busy signal.

Called back, went to VM for ext 500. Spammer or solicitor
