Who the heck is calling me at 9pm at night? After putting the name on my caller ID I saw these people are calling a lot of people.  Phone # was 312-759-4899.  How do they get away with this when I'm on a no call list?

These guys are a bunch of crooks and should be in jail. I have had several calls from them, they are rude,lying,harassing a should all get prison terms. I am reporting them to my attorney general and thinking we should file a class action suit a***nst these s***.  It could be related to getting flu ****s last year, I now am thinking flu ****s and the CDC are scamming us all.Any attorney willing to take this case please let us know.

I requested they stop calling me and they continue to bug me.

Got a call from people claiming to be doing a survey for the CDC. I didn't answer but they left a message. This is the 2nd call in 2 days. I don't give out this number so not sure how they got it.

This is the 3rd time I've been called by this number and yes they keep insisting they are the CDC.  I keep telling them I don't want to parti****te but they keep calling.  Yes, they ask if I would be likely to answer a land line if I was home as well and I keep saying I don't want to answer.  I have insisted they take me off their list.  The call comes from Chicago.  Isn't the CDC in Atlanta?

This number keeps calling my cell phone wanting to conduct a survey about the swine flu. I have asked them to remove my number from their list but they continue to call. I asked how they got my number, since I only gave it to close friends and family. A lady told me that Verizon gave them a sampling of phone numbers to chose from. Got the call today from 312-759-4899 on my Sprint cellphone.  They mentioned swine flu and that they were from CDC conducting a survey.  Asked if I had a land line.   When I said yes the woman then asked if the land line were called what was the probability of it's being answered.  I felt like they were casing my joint.  This was very aggravating as I reserve my cell phone for private calls and feel harassed now.  It showed that it was from Illinois on the caller ID.

In Tennessee, the Do Not Call list from the Tenn. Regulatory Authority cal only take action if the caller is trying to sell so****ing.  If you get another call from these people do some detective work and ask them a***n who they are, what is the company name, why are they calling, are they offering some sort of service...if you can get that info you can at least report that # to the National Do Not Call Registry or in TN, to the TN. Regulatory Authority.You can put your cell phone # on the National Do Not Call List.
