Called me on a Sunday early in the AM (grrrr...) but did not utter a word when i responded. Whenever I call this number I only get busy signal. Who is this guy?

Called me but did not talk when i received. I called this number but never rings

Calls 4-6 times each day for the last week.  Does not leave measage.  If I answer, they **** up.  When I dial the number, it rings 3 times and disconnects.  How can I get them to stop calling me ?
