Calls regularly and leaves no message

I have received calls for months from this number. Finally talked to someone there and it was just a call trying to sell me virus protection etc. I have - blocked the # on my phone and they still get through, re-registed with the do not call registry, asked them several times to stop calling, and filed a complaint with the FCC. I even harrass them back somewhat (answering phone but setting it aside and walking away, and putting phone in aluminum pan and ****ing on pan until they **** up) all to no avail.
