received a phone call from 3128540140. I lifted the phone and ever after 2*****o*****os, did not hear back anything. After that a automated message said "your DMV record shows you are paying more premium than you are supposed to, if you want to same money, press 1 else 2"

Missed call from this number, no voice message left.

Two calls within one minute on my cell phone. Rolled to voicemail, no message left.

Received call to my cell phone from this number at 3:26PM (Central). No message left.
