This was a call from a call centre that uses poor quality internet phones, making it hard to carry a conversation. You have to press a number to take the call, as the original call is automated. It is from a 'debt solutions' company, they appear to be selling credit. They politely told me they would add my number to their own no-call list. My number is on the Government of Ca***a no-call list. I had a similar prob with a Florida based company that I ended by reporting them to the Florida Attorney Generals office, I think it was.
