I called this back on a landline at my office. Says, "the survey we were trying to reach you about has now concluded. If you want to be removed from future calls about surveys, please press such-and-such". Pro-Tip: DO NOT press such-and-such!

Called my cell number - did not leave message. Caller ID was Starnet Inc.

I don't answer random numbers when I'm not expecting a call from one. No voicemail. Found this site. Must be a scam if they say it is. I've gotten two calls this morning to my cell. Number blocked so they don't frick with me.

"This is Josh from the Customer Service Department. Can you hear me?" This is a scam to record your voice saying "yes" to bill your phone for a paid service. JUST **** UP WITHOUT SPEAKING!

Called and ***g up, did not leave message. Annoying! Calls once per week, same thing happens. Blocking number now.

Receive multiple calls from several numbers****ociated with this carrier, however the carrier has been out of business since 2000, not a call on the level
