I called the number back since they **** my phone up but won’t leave a message. It answers ford motor credit. You press a ****on and it states “To expedite the call press 1 to enter your account number in or 2 for your social security number” !?!? Yeah I am just going to enter my social security number in.....

I received a call stating they were from Ford Credit and I had a payment of $400 due. I told them my payment is not for that amount and that Ford Credit is not located in Dearborn, Mi. Also told them I know you are a scammer, needless to say they ***g up on me.

Company claims to be ford credit. when i spoke to my represe***ive with ford credit immediately after the voicemail that I am usually in contact with he informed me that Ford has not tried to contact me. He said a ford number will always be from Tennessee or Colorado and that they will always leave their name and an extension to call back.

First when I said*****O I heard a message stating I had a call and was placed on hold. Then a male voice came on and said*****O*****O*****O so fast I couldn't answer, then he ***g up. I blocked the number on my cell phone. It could be Ford Credit.

i am getting calls everyday even though I have informed user on other line that my number is not connected to the person that they request! Very irritated that they will not stop after repeated requests to do so!

They can call as soon as it's late but they don't report it to the credit agency's until it's over 30 days late

My payment is due on the first and I always pay on the 15th.  Can a credit agency call before you are 30 days late?  Anyone know the law on this?

who is calling me from this number

I've been getting calls over the span of 2 years where they will call for 2 weeks each day, and then give up for a few months. I even answer and tell them the person they are trying to locate isn't on this phone number (I've had it for 6 years) and they still persist each day. This is Ford Credit and even calls to the main department telling them to take me off of whatever list they have me on doesn't work. I can't even block their number because they just call from a different line. I've never bought a Ford and won't ever consider buying one because of this. Good job Ford, way to alienate****ential customers because you are too ****** to take me off a list I don't belong on in the first place. If you've had a similar experience, I'd advise you to do the same.

Keeps calling and not saying anything.

I am****uming this number is related to the 313-216-2043 number which is the debt collector for Ford Debt collector. I have a pay as you go cell phone they keep calling and apparently the person that had my number before me probably forgot to pay their debt. If calls like these keep coming in, I will be getting a different cell phone with a different company. Let someone else have this.

It is apparently Ford Credit. Won't leave messages or respond to 'hello'. Call at all hours.
