It is very wrong for someone to be playing on your phone and when you call it back you get no response.
RECORDED CALLER SAID THEY WERE FROM A POLICE DEPT. PERSON MAKING THE COLLECT CALL DID NOT IDENTIFY THEMSELVES AND THE RECORDED VOICE CAME BACK ON AND SAID I MUST HAVE A VALID CREDIT CARD TO ACCEPT THE CALL. 12:24PM.
CALL SAID "POLICE DEPT" AND WHEN ANSWERED, A RECORDED VOICE TOLD ME I MUST HAVE A VALID CREDIT CARD TO ACCEPT THE CALL. 6:30AM.
