I received the same letter on my door.  I called the number on the slip and spoke with Mike.  The next day a guy shows up at my door with a letter from the state's unclaimed property division.  Seems legit to me!!!

this phone number was on a delivery service note from MCS today on my backdoor stating they missed me on delivering so****ing.  I don't think i am waiting for anything.  Comment if you had this letter before.

Someone left a letter at my neighbors for me about a packaging that they were trying to deliver from a company called MCS Delivery Service.  I do not think i am expecting a package from anywhere.  Has this happened to anyone else?

Got a letter attached to my door from MCS Delivery Service stating that they are trying to deliver a package to me and had this number on it.  Anyone have the same thing happen to them?
