keeps calling twice each night.. i am on do not call list,, what good is this.. are they ever prosecuted?????

call me talkin bout paying off a bad check i wrote with me debit card i know its a spam im 23 i have never had checks only debit card a one acct since i was 18 they r sad

12-1-11 I have gotten at least 20 from various #s the last from 208-610-0771 Dearborn MI. Whenever you quiz them they just **** up. This is a scam outfit that moves its call centers frequently and is run by a guy Mark Burton who is a S***-Bag Slime ball ! If you want to write him, 21955 Cypress Drive #48-f, Boca Raton FL 33433 is his address, but cc the attorney general from your states consumer protection division when you do because this outfit is under investigation nation wide.

Asked them what I could do to get them to stop calling. Was told "**** up" and ten ***g up on. Called number back and got a message saying number was un allocated.

Had call from them before. Answered them the first time. It said your cards ok but please press one to see about the opportunity to lower your interest on your card. I ***g up the first time and did not answer this last time either.

So... it's not the first time I received calls like this.. the DNCR is another gov't joke...all bark no bite. My suggestion is to block them via a "app" or thru your phone service if you can. Sounds like the person who answers the line after pressing 1 is quite rude, perhaps everyone should press one and tell them " stop calling me you f***ing a**hole" or "stop calling me you worthless piece of s**t" or "stop calling me you sub-human leech" or "eat s**t a**holes", etc. etc....be as rude and mean as you can possibly be..try to destroy them mentally by any means.... and then **** up on them before they get a chance to do it to you. FIGHT THEM !!! Eventually they will get tired of hearing your insults and profanity...... Remember: DON'T BE NICE... BE AS MEAN AS POSSIBLE !!!!

Their real phone number is: 954-426-2642, which is registered to PHL International at 836 S Military Trail, Deerfield Beach FL - head honcho is Mark Burton ****tle jewish guy who is never at the call center). Their parent company is American Debt Negotiators (866-969-4236), owned by Ran David Barnea, supposed home address is 21955 Cypress Dr, Apt 48f, Boca Raton, FL. They use several s**** names such as "Cardholder Services." I've received scam calls about car warranties from them too. Don't rely on the caller id because they use fake numbers. Use the above information to report them to www.donotcall.gov/ - "file a complaint." "Card Services" They call every day from a different number. When I push 1 to speak to a "friendly" customer service representative, I ask them to stop calling and they **** up. I have had 3 calles today from different numbers, I wish they would stop!!!

Financial Services phone calls everyday from different numbers. Prompt the automated system to discontiue receiving soliciting calls, but they continue daily. Spoke with a representative on 10/21/2011 at 2:24pm to put on do not call list and they ***g up. Possible Spam
