he posted on craigslist a home for rent with his phone number. he requested ID and application be sent over along with money via venmo, cash not accepted. once i pressed the issue he sent an id which i can****ume he stole from someone else.

I am currently texting this scammer now. He had 11222 edgemont listed on Craigslist. Kept saying “Actually I wanted to sell the house through the realtors but it’s was not successful because the realtors inflated the price which made it difficult for me to sell. So Never mind if you see any for sale sign. The house has been taken off market There’s no need to contact any Realtor”

Person claimed to have a home for rent and proceeded to collect rental agreement money. This home is not owned by him and never was.

I haven’t called this number. I looked it up to see if it was a scam and after reading the comments it seems that it is.

Scam number. Real name is Ahmar. Goes by ***dley Tanis which is fake. My fiance and I currently have an open police case in search for this man.

Pardon is using the name ***dley Tanis on the rent contract. They are demanding a deposit before meeting with the keys and will not give a time to meet at the house. Just demands money through Pay Pal

Someone using this phone number is as trying to sell or rent property in the South East Michigan area. They also have a front on Pay Pall to request money under the name Tonya Chapman.
