Leave a Commentnow this is just a ***ch, but I am beginning to believe all these numbers that call back to the "discover card" message is actually the default return to someone calling you using a fake caller id. These things are all around the internet, and anyone can use it for free, I just haven't had the time to test it out for myself. My reason being that I have received numerous calls through the last 8-10 months from all sorts of id numbers from every possible incarnation, that goes from 000-0000 to 1-1-800-012-3629 both of which cannot even possible work as actual workable numbers, all of them have directed me to that discover card message. Once I also got an actual message on the answering ma****e of these phantom calls of some woman saying, "no." and than ****ing up. Possibly someone sick in the head? Either way being a victim of such happenings has inclined me to ****yze the situation enough to hopefully give all of you in a similar boat the information i've gathered. Good luck.

Just got a call from this number, caller ID said Detroit, MI. No voice mail left.
I do believe that Discover Card uses 1-800 numbers so I would not believe that it was them either becauae it was a call with a local area code. I don't know who it is so I don't answer since rhey leave no message and won't identify themselves thru the caller ID. Discover card has no reason to hide their ID. With all the ID thefts occuring no***ays, it is probably someone trying to get info to steal ur ID.
Both Discover card and AT&T are using many differnt numbers in a attempt to sell you so****ing of one sort or another of thier product, and they are equally atrussive in what they do morning, noon or night. Being on the do not call list gets egnored and our state and goverment give the lame excuses they can and are allowed to if we have done business with them That's BS. Let those pests call therehomes everyday and see how there wives will tolerate that for how long.We someone whats off a list that's all that should be said and done. Our ***** ear goverment doesnot listen to the people and that has to stop. NOW.
I have been receiving phone calls from this number. When I googled it, it came up as a Public Safety Security Business with a website and an address in Grosse Pointe, MI. I called it to figure out why a security business would be calling. I was amazed when the recording stated that it was Discover Card wanting to offer a new product or service to me. I do have a Discover Card and I am in great standing with them so it can't be a debt collecter. Is it some sort of scam???
