Does not leave message calls early in th morning

Call from Dell computers. Theyre using scheme of routing their 800 calls to ur local area code #s so you'll pick up.

United Recovery Systems Inc. (URS) is calling from this number.  They had been using a 888 number.  They are now calling this local number.  This is a debt collecting company that is calling to argue.  My working hours had been reduced from 10 to 20 hours since July of 2009.  Lots of weeks I was working 10 to 15 hours.  I am trying to catch up with my car notes, utilities, and cable bill which I canceled in February to make it easier to catch up with my bills and other bills.  After paying rent on March 1, 2010 I had $2.97 left in my bank account.  URS is upset with me because I can't add another payment right now.  I have not had a raise in 8 years at a CPA firm in Michigan.  We have the worst economy in the USA.  We are only working 32 hours instead of 40 hours.  URS has been calling me at work wanting to argue.  I s****ed ****ing up on them.  When they first called they asked me if I had IRA , 401K plan or other retirement plans.  There is no way that I was going to pay anything out of a retirement plan if I had one.  We have caller ID at work. I stopped answering their calls.  I s****ed lifting the phone and ****ing up.  They called this local number 313-344-0918 on my cell phone for the first time.  I did not answer because it was a strange number.  A lady left a message for me to call which I am not going to.  If everything financially is going good I will make payments in five or six months but I will make payments to CitiBank not to URS.  I did a research on URS and I read where they have been sued over 30 times in the last year because they continually been breaking the Fair Credit Act laws.
