Then they leave some farkin 800 number. I hope you have not fallen for that foolishness, have you? Do you know your rights? Do you really know how the system works? They p[retend to have some authority, but they have NONE! The credit buearus are BUSINESSES not governmental agencies. Wake up! Don't be afraid of these bullies. I hate whatever a** heap put this system together so that these calls keep coming from this (313) 345-4332 number from*****'s *****.I don't care if its DTE, Consumers Energy or the lousy state government offices, they need to stop needlessly bugging people. Not one of these calls is going to get them one cent from me. I can promise them that.Everyone listen!When you get these annoying calls repeatedly from **** systems like this just jot down the number and enter it into EVERY online "please contact me with more information" field that you can possibly find. If we ALL do this on a regular basis to every company that sends out such annoying calls we can shut their sorry a**es down!Then they will be fired. Then they will be behind on their bills. This is not DTE Energy...I live in an area served by Consumers Energy so why would DTE be calling me?

it is DTE, but it's an automatize system which is the reason you are getting the busy signal when attempting to call the number back. the reason a message is not being recorded in many cases is the automatize message begins the moment your phone is answered and if your greeting is longer than the message, the message would have ended by the time the recording would have s****ed. yeah, it's happened to me as well! for those of you having problems, DTE is willing to work with you. call and see if you can be put on their payment plan. it's helped me out a couple of times.

They keep calling but never leave a message. I don't answer calls if I don't know the number. Thats what voice mail is for. Leave a message and if I know you, I'll call you back.

I paid my bill in FULL over a week ago (yes, it was a whopper and I was severely late in paying) however, as I said, I paid it nine days ago and am still getting calls from this number.  When I phone DTE and follow the prompts, my account is current.  SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO aggravating as they call ALL DAY LONG!

not everyone has pockets as deep as yours kelly.times r tuffi just added the number to the blocked caller list..solved that problem

these people call A LOT! just pay your bill and they will stop :-)

I don't think it's an aggressive collection agency. I think it's just DTE Energy. I'm late on my bill and they keep calling.

They called 4 times already, first call came at 8:03 am, then at 9:30 am, 10:17 am. and just now at 11:14 am.  They will not leave a message, and when I pick up the phone, they just **** up.  It is becoming more than annoying at this point.  If it is DTE Energy, then ***** them, because I called them directly yes****ay to have someone come out to check my meter, and they are coming out tomorrow.

Got a call from them at 8:00 a.m., left no message.  I tried to call them back from a different phone once I wasn't driving anymore & it was a constant busy signal.  They had left an automated message stating that I must call them back today.

Calls around 8 and a***n at 11am. never leaves message.

Called at 8:15am, left no message.

This agency is so aggressive they have the nerve to leave messages stating that you must call back... that it's a very important message from DTE Energy. It should be illegal for them to impersonate utility companies!!
