Man with a thick accent was rude, and pushy asked for one of our employees when told we did not take messages or call employees to the phone for non business calls. He s****ed screaming and said he was with the department of law and interest and I could not tell him no. I asked him several times to identify his company he refused. He said the employee was in trouble and our company was also in trouble. We googled and read the notes I told him I knew he was lying and it was scam. He said good our company was in trouble because he had forged company payroll checks . There were clicking noises like we were being recorded. I told him no problem I would transfer him to our legal counsel. We were later told to **** up when we received the calls.

I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM. THIS NUMBER  313 422 0624 HAS CALLED MY NUMBER SOMETIME 50 CALLS PER DAY.  I HAVE ALSO RECV`D THESE CALLS FROM  A NEW JERSY  MARYLAND GEORGIA NUMBERS.  THESE CALLS S**** AT 7AM EACH MORNING AND CONTINUE MOST OF THE DAY. THIS PERSON WITH THE ACCENT HAS CURSED ME OUT SEVERAL TIME. ONE MORNING THIS PERSON CALLED ME AND TOLD ME THE HE WOULD PRAY FOR MY PAIN AND ***G UP.ALSO BEWARE OF THE CALLS FROM A 866 NUMBER WHO IS OFFERING YOU A FREE $50  GIFT CARD. IT THE SAME STRANGE CREEPY VOICE. IF YOU RECV ANY UNWANTED CREDIT CARDS CONTACT THE COMPANY THAT ISSUED THE CARD RIGHT AWAY  KEEP A EYE ON YOUR BANK ACCOUNT FOR ANY STRANGE ACH CHARGES.  IF THESE PEOPLE GET ACCESS TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT LIKE THEY DID ME.  I HAD CLOSE MY BANK ACCOUNT AND OPEN ANOTHER ACCOUNT. IF YOU DISPUTE THE CHARGES THESE PEOPLE WILL JUST SEND ANOTHER ACH CHARGE WITH A DIFFERENT NAME AND AMOUNT AND TRY TO SEND IT THRU YOUR ACCOUNT A***NEACH TIME i REQUEST DO***ENTS TO PROVE THEIR CLAIM THEY CURSE ME AND **** UP I HAVE CONTACTED THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE IN ALL OF THE STATES .  (FYI) CHECK YOUR PHONE BILL TO BE SURE THAT THESE CALLS ARE NOT CHARGING A SERVICE CHARGE TO YOUR BILL. CONTACT YOUR PHONE CARRIER RIGHT AWAY TO HAVE THE NUMBER BLOCKED.SO IF YOU ARE DEALING WITH THESE CALLS TOO CONTACT YOUR STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL`S OFFICE.AND FILE A COMPLAINT. ALSO GO TO THE FCC WEBSITE AND FILE A COMPLAINT FOR UNFAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES..  THIS MESS IS SO CREEPY WE MUST STICK TOGETHER AND HELP THESE AGENCIES FIND THESE PEOPLE  SO THIS NIGHTMARE WILL STOP.

You guys are not alone. I also received the same irritating phone call both at work and on my cell and I also asked for do***ents and the indivdual with the heavy Indian accent told me he couldn't produce any papers. I also asked for the company he claims I owe and he also refused. I told where to stick it. and I ***g up on him.

yup got the same call at work and cell they are really irritating me, I have asked them to send me so****ing in the mail to prove what they are talking about. Have yet to receive anything.  Can't tell who they are or their name very strong accent hard to understand

they called and said that they wanted me or my attorney of record to give them a call concerning a time sensitive matter. when i called them, they had the last 4 of my social security number and kept saying i owed someone money but would not tell me the name of the company. I finally got the name of the company they said I owed and I called that company, and as I thought, did not owe them any money. the company said they had received several complaints like that.

Someone at this number keeps calling me at least four times a week at my home, also calling my daughter and home and at work, leaving threating messages that if we don't call back we would be ina lot of trouble and they would eventually get to us.

This phone number s****ed calling me at work and on my cell# just within the last couple of days; it is a person with a foreign accent that says I have a lawsuit filed a***nst me; I need to contact Officer such and such right away to discuss the matter.  They claim that they are from the Department of Law and Investigation.
