I've received several calls from this number.  They leave a few seconds of music as a message on my answering ma****e.  What is the point of this nonsense?

I HAVE BEEN CALLED UP TO THREE TIMES A DAY.  ONLY MUSIC IS PLAYED.  I HAVE NOT CALLED THE NUMBER BACK, AND I AM ALSO ON THE NO CALL LIST.  YES, I WOULD LIKE TO FILE A COMPLAINT.  DETROIT, MI COMES UP ON THE CALLER ID WITH THE NUMBER.

I get calls from this number several times day and night. When i answer there  is no responce on the other end and they just **** up the telephone.

I received this calls today twice :- Just music. Need to stop it!

i too am getting calls on mmy cell phone from this number.  i try to call back and number is disconnected.  one time i answered and heard nothing then they ***g up.   looked it up on here and this is what i found.

I have received numerous calls from this number over the past couple of days. Some silence and about 10 sec. of elevator music.

I have received 3 calls from this number: Once yes****ay (with no audio on the other line when I picked up), and two today (9:56am and 12:17pm).

I got a call from this number for the first time the other day. They didn't leave a voicemail. When I called it back it said the number you have reached is out of service. And then today I answered it and it was quiet for a second and then the music s****ed. Its really creepy..

i dont know who this is but it is getting on my **** nerves and wished they would stop calling my **** phone......

I have the same problem I get this phone number 313-450-1391 who calls me five to eights in a day. who ever the***** you are. You need to stop calling. I call back I get no answer.

I receive a call from this number during work hours a couple of times a month.  When I answer, the line is quiet.

I filed a complaint with the FCC. I suggest you all do the same. :-)

I get the same thing Robert! I said that, too! It's obviously in service because I get a call at 9 a.m. every morning ( sometimes one or two more calls in the afternoon)except for Sundays. This has been going on for nearly three weeks. I am on the "No Call List" and am going to their website now to report these guys!

Been getting calls from this number and no one answers, called the number back and operator said the number is no longer in service. If it's not in service how can they call me from the number?

same complaint as most of the others, the call seems to be on a timer. at first, I answered and paid for the call. This is a major inconvenenience and this party should be stopped!

Last couple of days I've been getting these calls.  Yes****ay it sounded like someone had their cellphone in their pocket and had accidentally called me from a bar.  Today it's elevator music.  I called the number back and got a pre-recorded message.  You can opt out.  Press 1, 1, 3.  The second 1 is if you're calling from the phone that was called.  Three is to be placed on their Do Not Call list.  It takes 24 hours to update and it says to disregard anymore calls from them.Hope this helps.

This phone number is calling my cell phone MULTIPLE times a day and NEVER leaves a message.  I am confident it is telemarketing as I think I got on some weird list and have been getting the "we see you filled out an online form for college" which I did NOT.

They called me to tell me that I won a $1000 shopping spree. When I asked how I was selected he said randomly and that they also send out magazines to distribute them more in that area.  I then told him to remove me from the lists and was ***g up on.

has called for weeks but calls don't go thru to my house (remote) all messages were musical interludes no verbal messages.  today the number called and i was in town so i answered a man said his name was Tony and i had won a $1000 on line shopping spree. i jokingly asked how many magazines i would have to buy, he said 4, but i had over 300 to chose from.  i said  not interested, then i asked where his area code was from and he got defensive and said it was the one id'ed on my phone.  i asked a***n and he said have a good day and ***g up!

received a call from this number, and i could hear music playing. i kept saying*****o, and all i could hear was music. the call then ended. I looked up the number in google, and found that i was not the only one.

I also get several calls weekly and nothing when I answer and can't call them back because it ****s up right away.

Calls several times and leaves messages, singing rude songs and it's irritating me. Who ever it is needs to stop.

This is a scam company called Active Periodical, if you use Google to search the number you will find quite a few sites describing various ploys they are using to gather information on people. Sounds like a matter for FCC or the Police to deal with, and I for one am s****ing the ball rolling by reporting this to :http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htmIf enough complaints are registered they will be shut down.

calls several times per week-if I answer they **** up. If I call back ***ody answers. A guy I work with also has this problem. I am factory employee and a member of a labor union -does anyone else share these same traits?

Just got my first call of the day today at 9:30 a.m. I actually answered this time and told them I wasn't interested, and to please take me off their list.  They ***g up on me.

I've gotten 4 calls today from this same number.  Each time a voice message is left... with some type of elevator music in the background. Uggghhhh.

Who ever this is calls 6 to 8 times a day back to back! Very annoying!!!

Its a telemarketing call from  Active periodicals. They have a opt-out VM but the voice mail is full! I recommend you also post your complaints on www.ripoffreport.com
