These people have been calling my mothers phone all week looking for me getting my mom upset. They told her I owe money for some kind of fraud and to call back in 24hrs to make payment arrangements or I will have a warrant out for my arrest. They are getting my mom upset. I told her don't send these crooks any money . When I call back it just rings. I have no idea what the maniacs are talking about. How can we sue these people ?

Joe, same thing happens to me right now!!! They called claiming that I cashed a check in 2010 and wanting me to makea payment within 30 mins. DO NOT GIVE ANY MONEY TO THIS PEOPLE. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Is there any way to create a lawsuit ? This is unacceptable. PLEASE DO NOT BE NAIVE!

Harassing, calling in regards of a check I supposedly cashed in 2010, they have a bench warrant ready and they will give me 30 mins. to figure out payment. asked for proof and the stumble. Called them back no answer. Very intimidating, good thing I work at a law firm.
