Caller ID says COA Network. Didn't answer. No message left.

Received a phone call on my cell phone - did not answer - theydid not leave a message

SCAM! Anytime someone calls and doesn't leave a VM, it's a scam.

100k in a 100 days-is what the recording said- I blocked it

Don't want spammers to be calling my cell phone....

It s****s out by saying that he dislikes automated calls as much as we do but asks that you do not **** up until he explains how to legally use this automated system to bring in cash. SCAM. It says to press 1 for more info and 9 to be registered for his "do not call list'. It doesn't seem to do anything when I press 9. This is the 2nd call in one week.
