just got a call from someone from (313) 779-1399 wanting to lower the interest rate on my credit card...when I asked what credit card they ***g up...the call came from Michigan and when I called the number back it says the number was disconnected...pretty sure that was a scam

Called telling me my interest rate on my credit card was about to expire and I was supposed to press 1 to connect with someone who could help me lower it.
