The called indicating that my deceased Husband owes them $8,800.00 and I must pay immediately. We never has an account with these people. They keep asking for my date of birth and social security number.
A guy named Jeromme called wanting my date of birth and social security numer in regards to winning a "Grand Prize." This is an iden***y theft fraud company. Call your local Sheriffs Dept. if a Representative from this company demands this information or threats are made.
**** D**K A Hole...You are a real a**
This is a call from a ****** outfit named First Premier Bank, generally about an overdue credit card debt.I have no account with these people but know someone who does. First they set you up with a credit card with a limit of $250.00. Then they immediatly charge you 'fees' of $192.00 plus a monthly 'service' charge of $7.00. So your available credit is really only about $50.00. Plus you are hit with a large monthly charge if you are late. So they are really preying on those people who can least afford it. There is no excuse for not paying your bills on time and your debts should always be paid but this so-called 'bank' should be avoided at all costs. Since the new credit card law went into effect last week they are no longer allowed to charge the $192.00. They can only charge up to 25% of the credit limit. So they immediatly raised their APR to 85% just before the new law took effect. The lesson is to read the fine print before you sign for a credit card and always pay it off as soon as possible. As someone above said you shouldn't complain if you are called about a valid debt but this is one 'bank' you should avoid in the first place.

first off, My credit card is paid in full every month and there is no reason they are calling me...They didn't even leave message...I think charging you to pay your bill is ridiculous...
Try to get a Google Voice number, These numbers link to your home (or cell, I think) But you can set it to "Do Not Disturb" that way, they only way you'll see the call is if you look at the google voice account.
They s****ed calling my number today. The telephone rings twice then they **** up. I don't own or want any type of credit card & have nothing to do with First Premier. My bills are paid.Joe **** sounds like one of those dim witted collection agents who call people trying to get money that no one really owes because the collection agency hasn't kept it's record updated properly.
hey joe ****, not all of us who gets these calls are over limit or behind on our credit, besides, how do you know why they cal, you over limt? overdue? people like you make me sick and you dont deserve the good life.
314-333-3492 called me late at night and ebven on sundays. Called the number back and it states that it is disconnected
These people call constantly. According to First Premier, it isn't them. I just settled my account with First Premier and this number popped up on my caller ID a***n and I called the number and it says it is no longer in service, so I don't understand how they can be using an out of service number, but sounds fishy to me. I called First Premier back and told them about this number and she said she was not aware of a number like this and that their numbers are 1-800 numbers. So.....
I have no clue who this is and they do not say who is calling. This is harassment. I would like to know who this is and to tell them to stop calling all hours.
They call if you go over the credit limit by 4 cents, or if you are late by a day. I always intend to pay my bills, Joe ****, but with the economy the way it is right now & people out of work or "under-employed" some times it is tough to keep all the bills up to date. Are you one of the government ****s who gets a raise every year because you feel it's your right to have a beach house in the Hamptons while your cons***uents are in the unemployment line?!?
Well, I don't have a First Premier card, nor have I ever had one - so I don't know why I'm getting these calls. I got one at 11:00pm!!!
Pay your bill and you won't be hounded. Don't blame the Government, the FTC, or anyone else for someone calling you in regards to a debt you owe! You owe them! They don't owe you!
This call is calling in reguards to collecting money from First Premier Bank's . There number will not trace back to them neither you will have to call Premier Telephone BankingToll Free Number: 800-987-5521 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST, Monday - Friday in Sioux Falls at 357-3174 or outside Sioux Falls at 866-951-6800Don't get behind with this outfit. They will hound you to ***** using the phone without caller ID, including calling you on Sunday. Thank your senator and congressperson for gutting the powers of the Federal Trade Commission.
