Who Called: Amazon

Foreign accent saying someone was using my amazon account to purchase a gift card for 499.00. I told him to tell me my name several times. If you know it is my account being hacked then tell me my name. He stuttered and then said his manager said he could not do that. SCAM/SPAM/TRASH/****S

Who Called: Universal Imaging

Speaking about a cervical procedure that was denied by my INS Co & they were trying to get it approved.?? Asked for my DOB, insurance number & my zip code. It was a female caller w/ "Universal Imaging" ??? My Dr office called a***n this am & I told them of this call & it seemed to be ok but I've lost faith in staff & the PA.
