This call is not to scare anyone but we really need to talk to him regarding a legal issue" One call came from a Colorado number and the other call came from a Mississippi number.

The following was a phone message: "This is Brian Baker. This message is solely intended for >>>>>>>>. Your listed wages source of income and ***et should being verified at this time. All the information that you provided on your application that would also include your references place of employment for any listed business contacts.

Said my SSN was used in a crime and to press 1 to talk to someone because my bank account and ***ets will be seized.

Voicemail stated this is David Dorsey calling about verification of ***ets for federal government. Press 1 to speak.

pressed 1 and got a woman, not david dorsey. She said that it was related to a payday loan my ex took out with social. He was deceased at the time she says it was taken out so she lying. told her I was filing bankruptcy. she took my Atty info and hung up.

Said they was with the federal law and that I needed to contaxt David Dorsey about the matter and that they couldn’t talk about it over the phone and that they wanted to hear my side of the story.

Left a threat about ***ets being seize

They left a threatening/intimidating voicemail insisting I call them. Said his name is David Dorsey. I did NOT call them back.

Claimed that they were going to seize all of my ***ets if I don't talk to them but could discuss anything over the phone.

unknown caller did not leave a message. called back- they bother everyone they can, make money, and we get bothered. no thanks.
