Scammer told me he worked for "multiple" Credit Card companies.. wanted my credit card information 'for updates' and to 'lower interest rates'.. I said no thanks - he immediately ***g up

Called 3 times in a row after I wouldn't answer. I answered on the third time and it immediately clicked off. I called the number and received a message that this number has either been disconnected, or is no longer in service.

wow, i'm amazed how many ppl have already been contacted within the last hour!.. they wanted my credit card number to 'lower interest rates' said he worked for all of the credit card companies lol. I laughed at him and ***g up. Remember, a credit card company will never ask for your credit card information. they'll already have it. SCAMMM!!!!

called me this morning to lower my interest rate.. SCAM! asked for my credit card number. I ***g up and blocked the number

RECEIVED A TELEMARKETING CALL ADVISING THAT MY CREDIT CARD OFFER TO LOWER INTEREST ENDS TODAY. GENTLEMAN WITH AN INDIAN ACCENT STD HE WORKS FOR ALL CREDIT CARD COMPANIES; CHASE, CAPITAL ONE, DISCOVER, AMEX. WHEN I ASKED HIM WHAT COMPANY HE WORK FOR HE SAID HE IS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT I FIND THIS STRANGE AND I WOULD EXPECT THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO CALL ME DIRECTLY AND NOT A THIRD PARTY.....THAT IS WHEN HE RELEASE/***G UP THE PHONE. TOTAL SCAM.
