Definite spammer: called on my landline masquerading as calling from my city and state. These *******s actually manipulate numbers that show on your phone. They are s***s!

It wasa spam call regarding delivery of a medical alert device that I did not order. I did not pick up, they left a voicemail. This is the second call I have received from the same person, but the first one came from a different number.
