Collection Agency.
This number is yet another tactic by collection agencies. Somehow they are making it look like a local call, but if you talk to them, they leave 1-866-516-6694 for a call back. I asked why it appeared to come in like a local number, and she pretended she didnt know. Just a way to get you to answer the phone. Once time it shows up as Unknown with the number on caller ID, Then another it showed up as Unipoint Services....
They call and do not leave a message. Who is this?
