The calls I meant to type earlier s****ed coming in at 1:00AM *** lasted until about 4:00 AM and then s****ed back up a***n after 9:00 AM this morning. All I know is that all of this keeps me awake and I have to be up for work at 4:00 AM to begin with wee will see what happens tonight. Now if this was the company that is part of Quest as someone stated in another complaint then why would this place be faxing the information to the patient and not to the Dr. that ordered up the tests, how does this place get our home numbers? we are not fax ma****es nor recievers of faxes.

Calls came in after 10:00 AM on January 5, 2010, this continued throughout the night and then the following day (today) I aclled my phone company and I was told to call the police so i did just that. I also called the 1-866 number that was also****ociated with the 314 number in Missouri so I then called Quest Diagnostics and told them of this here in Dallas Texas my home state. I was told that the calls would get straightened out beofre the end of the day and so far so good. The police officer I talked with said that these are companies that get peoples numbers via a database of sometype and it is not a person calling but actually the computer that is running the cals and bothering us poor people

it is really annoying that the call came around 3am. I was waked up and there were 3 voice messages. all of them are just beeps. I could not sleep after being waken up by the phone call. Is there any way to file a complaint about this company or person other than here?

It is Mid America Clinical Laboratory who is part of Quest Diagnostics, faxing test resualts.

Exactly, the calls s**** in the evening and last until past midnight.  Make it stop!
