He ask for me by name (he had a very deep voice) and I said, "she doesn't live here". He said, "Ooook, and have a nice day". I could hear people in the background. I would say "SCAMMER".

Called several times in a row. Don’t now the number didn’t answer.

Received a text, same as above: "Hi J****, apologies for the message out of the blue, but my name is Barb and I would like to speak with you about purchasing 11836 ******. Do I have the right person?"

Hi Michael, apologies for the message out of the blue, but my name is Barb and I would like to speak with you about purchasing 2354 H****x Meadow Ln. Do I have the right person?

1:56 pm received the following unsolicited text: Hi Dewayne, apologies for the message out of the blue, but my name is Barb and I would like to speak with you about purchasing 3034 Devilla Trl. Do I have the right person? This is definitely a scam that I will not respond to.
