It's only a way to confirm your existence and then they call you more and also sell your information as "good".Most people know this already, but a few people obviously don't realize this.

Yes****ay it was from the same prefix but different last four: 314-627-6811.Report them to the registry, because apparently he's using a prerecording, which is illegal to do for cell phones. I didn't answer the call, but report it anyway.
