Spam - if you have call blocking, do so

these people are not law enforcement. im from a law enforcement family and i know that is not how they handle their chairity calls. these people are rude, vulger and ignorent. when a real officer calls he will give you his name and he will tell you which ***nch and county he is****igned to.

I have received two calls from them in the last two days at my work and they ask for my owner and **** up.

In this case, it isn't a charity****ociated with any law enforcement, considering sheriff is county level, not state.  Just inform them next time they call, you fully intend on reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as well as the State Prosecutor's office.  They will leave you alone.  At least it worked for me.

keep getting a call from 314 7324144, a man answer it, then he says who called over here, I said you called here, then he as if I am so and so,, and tells me he is the sheriff, and s**** saying things, and I **** up,,if it was the sheriff, he would not ask who calls, him, cause noone calls him..he is call about every other day now.

if they are a charity, why doesn't the caller id say their name?

They're calling asking for donations to an injured deputies fund of some sort.  I answered x1 and got a recording "due to call volume, please hold for an operator".  Answered another time and actually got the sales pitch from a live person.  Told them not interested, but the calls keep coming.

they called more than once the last time they asked for me and I told them it wasn't me and asked who they was and they would not say.  They just said they would call back.  I then blocked the number and called it and got no answer but the voicemail said it was some type of sherrifs survey.  I don't know how the world they got my name but I symply just blocked the caller from calling my phone a***n.

someone keeps calling me from this number. When i answer noone talks, when i dont w***ver it is doesnt leave message.

Just got a call from this number, they left a message sounding like someone was driving and the wind was ****ing at the phone.

called twice within twenty minutes, no message, and busy signal when i called it.

Repeat calls, no message. These calls are not welcome. It says local area call, but it isn't.

I get a minimun of 3 calls per day from this number. Says it's a local call but has never left a message.

The calls are annoying and well worth the cost for call blocking. This number is listed as a land line out of Saint Louis, MO per Intelius. Must be someone with too much time and not enough respect.

Have received 9 phone calls.  They (male voice always) will ask for me by name, then go silent when I respond.  I've heard profanity and yelling in the background during the call.  Will not leave a message, but is now calling every other day.  When I try to return the call, am told that number is nolonger in service. A little disturbing to say the least.

they call all the time and never leave a message or when we answer they just hand up
