I got a call from 314-802-9873 today (4/22/10) and he said, from I could understand in his Indian accent, that I got a free cell phone from T-Mobile.  I asked how he got my number and he said "Do I want cell phone or not"  Obviously a scam

This number calls my work and cell phone numerous times all day long.  When they call my cell they call private, but when they call my work phone it comes up as 314-802-9873 and says "Midwest Tech" on the phone.  I answered my work phone thinking it was the copier company calling because they are due out to fix our copier, but when I answered I instantly recognized the broken english spoken by the rude man on the phone who had just called my cell.  He left a message on my cell stating that he was with some crime unit or so****ing like that (couldn't really understand because his english is so poor) and I****ume it's just a trick to try to get you to call them back.  The number he left began with a 770 area code and I wasn't to concerned with writing it down, but next time I will if and when he calls back so that I can report them.  Now that I found this website I know that it's nothing serious to worry about, especially a crime unit - what's up with that?  I will answer and cuss them out and tell them never to call a***n and mention the "no call list" as well.

These people called our house this morning about 10 times around 5:30am this is ridiculous and am reporting them.

I s****ed receiving calls from this number about 4 days ago, they call at all times, once at 4:00 in the morning. Last night they called at 11:30pm and my boyfriend answered, said it sounded like an Asian person who did not speak english. Told them they had the wrong number, when you call the number back, it just rings.

The call was for a Republican candidate (outside my district!) doing some rally.

Keeps calling with broken language and stating they are calling from a law firm very annoying

I get calls day & night but no-one ever answers. I don't hear a ****-up. I have caller ID and will just ignore the calls from now on. Hopefully, they will stop if I don't pick up.

This number has been calling our business line for months, asking for a particular employee.  When we refuse to put the call through because of our policy about personal calls, this person becomes irate and abusive, and has recently escalated to cursing and screaming.

This is a marketing/sales solicitation company.  Very annoying.  They keep calling me, even though I'm on the Do Not Call list.

This place has called us before.  We're on the Do Not Call list so they shouldn't be calling us at all.  Their pre-recorded message says to press 1 to talk to a representative or press 2 to discontinue all future calls.  I pressed 2 and was STILL taken to a sales representative.  They ***g up quickly when I asked them if they'd ever heard of the Do Not Call list.  I tried calling the phone number to see how they would answer the phone but it just rang and rang.

who are you and what do you want?why do you call my house 4 times in a row 5-10 min. apart and say nothing?
