technically, this caller never called me. he came up to me while i was at the mall with friends. he asked if he could use my phone because the payphones "didnt work". i didnt know what to say, so i hesitantly let him. he didnt walk off or anything, but afterwards my friends checked the payphones. they were working. i have a feeling he called his own phone on my phone to get my number and im a bit scared. i dont know whether to report him or not, and he he looked poor and he was definately *****. the number was local, but 3 sites have said the number is a persons who lives in Ladue, MO and i live in St. Louis, MO.
